Information regarding the equipment, services, and accessibility of our apartments is detailed below: 

Furnishings and Equipment Information 

  • Furniture and Furnishings: Our apartment is fully furnished. It includes basic items such as a living room set, dining table and chairs, bed, and wardrobe. 

Kitchen Equipment: 

  • Cooking Equipment: Electric stove, oven, toaster, and microwave oven.
  • Food Preparation: Kitchen counter, cutting board, and other auxiliary equipment.
  • Cold Storage: Refrigerator (with freezer compartment). 
  • Beverage Preparation: Kettle, 
  • Serving Utensils: Plates, cutlery, glasses, pot and pan sets. 

White Goods and Electronic Equipment 

  • Washing Machine: Located inside the apartment.
  • Dishwasher: Available. 
  • Television: Smart TV with internet connection.
  • Hair Dryer: Available. 
  • An iron is Available. 

Heating and Cooling Systems 

  • Central heating system and split air conditioning for each apartment.
  • Heat and cold can be controlled independently in each apartment. 

Shared Facilities and Amenities 

  • Gym (Fitness Center): Not located within the site. 
  • Spa Area: Steam room and sauna services are not available. 
  • Swimming Pool: There is no indoor swimming pool. 
  • Parking: There is a covered parking area. (The daily fee is 5 Euros.)

Accessibility Features 

  • Access to the Residence: Accessible via elevator, ramp, and wheelchair-friendly entrance area. 
  • In-Apartment Accessibility: Wide corridors and passageways are available, but there is no wheelchair-accessible bathroom/WC. 

Pet Policy 

  • Pets are not allowed. 

Internet and Connectivity 

  • Wired/Wireless Internet: Free wireless (Wi-Fi) internet connection is provided. 

Other Services 

  • 24/7 security and reception service, 
  • Cleaning service (provided daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM), 
  • Technical support. 

Residence Check-in and Check-out Times 

  • Check-in Time: From 2:00 PM 
  • Check-out Time: No later than 12:00 PM

  • Residence management is not obligated to make special allocations based on preferences regarding equipment, furnishings, or location. 
  • The type of apartment reserved is fixed, and details such as location and floor are not guaranteed.

The images and descriptions published are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in furniture, equipment, and interior layout may occur. The residence management reserves the right to make changes to this information text and the services it offers when necessary. 

Security and Entry Policy 

The following rules apply to ensure the security, order, and comfort of all residents in the residence:

  • Unregistered guests are strictly prohibited from entering the premises. 
  • Temporary visitors are not permitted. Only individuals with prior reservations and whose identity information has been provided to management may enter the apartments. 
  • All individuals entering the residence must provide their identity information to the management prior to reservation or upon entry, and this information must be recorded in the system. 

These rules are applied in accordance with legal obligations and security standards, and the management reserves the right to apply necessary sanctions in case of violations.The residence management reserves the right to make changes to this information text and the services provided without prior notice when necessary.

TAKSİM 360 SITE RULES

Dear Residents,

In order to make our communal living spaces more comfortable, peaceful, and livable, it is essential that we all adhere to the rules governing communal living and show respect and understanding towards one another. For this reason, all residents must comply with the site living rules established within the framework of the law.

  1. Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., it is prohibited to make noise that disturbs other building residents.
  2. It is prohibited to throw trash, cigarettes, etc. from terraces, balconies, and windows, to shake items such as covers, rugs, and carpets, and to hang laundry in these areas. 
  3. Trash collection containers are located in the floor corridors. All residents must dispose of their household waste in these containers and not leave it in front of their doors or in other areas.
  4. Clogged drains in apartments with terraces and balconies can cause flooding. The cleaning and maintenance of these drains is the responsibility of the apartment resident. The apartment resident is responsible for any damage or loss that may occur.
  5. To prevent clogging of the drain pipes, waste materials such as tissues, cloth, etc. should not be thrown into the toilets located inside the apartments.
  6. For safety reasons, it is mandatory that corridors and fire exits are always kept clear and free of obstacles. Therefore, no items should be left in these areas.
  7. As per the rules of communal living, leaving shoes in front of doors is strictly prohibited. 
  8. Personal belongings are prohibited in all common areas such as parking lots, corridors, and fire exits. If any belongings are found in these areas, the site management will take the necessary action against those responsible.
  9. Transporting heavy items using building elevators is strictly prohibited without prior permission. Any damage caused to elevators will be charged to the apartment responsible for the transport.
  10. Residents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the dirt-trapping filters that ensure the efficient operation of the heating and cooling systems in their apartments. Failure to clean the filters may result in water leaks and general system malfunctions within the apartment. Therefore, it is important to perform periodic maintenance every 6 months.
